I prefer using one scoop per cup with a half scoop of Cafix. Yummmm. When I have coffee I use sugar but no need with this product. I'm gearing up to get off of caffeine and this is just what I needed. The first flavor I tried, Chai, was not my type of thing, but *this*! The chocolate mint flavor is almost like a dessert, a cross between coffee and hot chocolate with distinct (but not bothersome) mint flavor. Absolutely delicious! If you are a sipper as opposed to a gulper, this is your beverage. It almost tastes like a "dessert" item despite its very low calories and lack of sugar. The chocolate-mint flavor is totally unlike the other Teecino flavors I've tried, which I don't care for as much. I like to enjoy it as a guilt-free afternoon or evening treat when I am looking for a late-day lift.
